Our Sécra Shoes are amazing and our returns policy is too! If you need to change size, style, or colour or if you wish to seek a refund, do not stress, we have a super simple returns policy and our friendly customer service staff are here to make the process as seamless as possible. 

REFUNDS

All refund requests need to be made within 30 days of delivery to your door.

Footwear in Worn Condition (30 Day Comfort Guarantee)

We are so confident that you will LOVE your Sécra Shoes that we offer a 30-day comfort guarantee or your money back!

That is, you can wear and test your footwear for up to 30 days, and if you are not 100% satisfied with them, you can send them back for a full refund of the price you paid (even though they have been worn!). 

In this case, you just need to pay for the return postage cost. Cost is $10 per pair to cover a small amount of our shipping, handling and product disposal costs. We donate used pairs to Soles4Souls.

Most people find Sécra Shoes instantly comfortable. However, for those that do not, we find in almost all cases, once the shoes have been worn a few times, any initial concerns usually resolve as the leather and footbed softens and moulds to the shape of your foot and your foot gets used to the arch support.

Our 30 day comfort guarantee allows you to order with confidence, knowing if there are any issues, you can return them for a full refund. So by giving them a try, you really have nothing to lose (apart from the return postage cost).

If you are not 100% satisfied with them, you can send them back for a full refund of the price you paid.

EXCHANGES

All exchange requests need to be made within 30 days of delivery to your door.

Footwear in New Condition

We offer 100% FREE exchanges when swapping for another size, colour or style etc.

Footwear in Worn Condition

If the shoes have been worn / not in a brand-new condition, you can still exchange them. In this case, you just need to pay for the return postage cost.

Cost is $10 per pair to cover a small amount of our shipping, handling and product disposal costs. We donate used pairs to Soles4Souls.

Style changes

If you are exchanging for a lower-priced product, we will refund you the difference in price.

If you are exchanging for a higher-priced product, you will be required to pay the difference in price.

This applies to shoes that are in both a new or worn condition.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

We cover 6 month warranty cover. In the unlikely event there is a fault and it has not occurred through normal or expected wear and tear, then we will repair, replace, credit or refund you.
